We require anyone wishing to shoot at Altcar to arrive before 12:30pm

Every single attendee will be scheduled by the RCO for duties - everyone is expected to "muck in" - duties are compulsory and fair to all involved - do not attend if you plan to simply turn up, shoot and skip pitching-in to help out

We must have First Aiders, safety supervisors, lookouts and be able to assign attendees to other duties, as mandated by Altcar rules

If you require the use of Club equipment, the RCO must have 7 days notice

You are advised to contact a Club representative the day before the above dates to check if they have been cancelled

All Altcar dates are on a SUNDAY.

!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY, VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE **BEFORE** 12 NOON - SEE BELOW !!

IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT - THIS AFFECTS EVERYBODY SHOOTING AT ALTCAR:

ALTCAR MAIN ENTRANCE CLOSURE DUE TO RESTRICTED MILITARY GUARD SERVICE MANNING (MGS)

1. The main entrance gate may be closed over lunch periods at weekends due to restricted manning by the MGS.

2. This closure is most likely to occur during the staff lunch period, which is 1200hrs to 1330 hrs, where no access is available except in an emergency situation by contacting the headquarters on 0151 929 2601. This will subsequently stop any live firing over this period.

3. Anyone found in breach of security by trying to enter the Estate through any other means will be removed from site and will have their Club's licence withdrawn.

4. Please ensure that all members are aware of the above. IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE.
